What if I can’t attend one of the sessions live?
No problem—every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You’ll also have access to weekly office hours if you need help with anything you missed.
Do I need to be the founder to get value from this?

Will this work if I already have a sales or marketing process?
Yes. Many participants already have bits and pieces in place. The FOCUS™ Framework helps you pull everything into a streamlined, repeatable process that actually converts.
What kind of time commitment should I expect?
Plan for 2–3 hours per week—including the live session. It’s a manageable pace, even if you're juggling client work. You can go deeper during office hours or delegate some of the work to your team.
How many people from my agency can attend with one registration?
Each registration includes access for up to three people from your agency. That could be your head of growth, a marketer, and the founder—or any combination that makes sense for your team.

What day and time are the sessions each week?
Live training sessions will run once a week for 60 minutes, starting the week of September 16. You’ll also have access to a separate weekly office hours session for additional support and feedback. We’ll poll all enrolled participants to find times that work best for the group—expect something like Tuesdays for training and Thursdays for office hours, but we’ll confirm once the cohort is finalized.
