Your involvement begins with four key sessions, each lasting about 1.5-2 hours, complemented by additional homework tasks. These sessions are crucial for crafting your Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. Following this initial phase, your team will participate in bi-weekly 30-minute strategy discussions.
