Christian Banach has 20+ years of experience as an agency owner, new business director, and a sales team leader. He helps advertising agencies and marketing companies build outbound sales programs that create a predictable and scalable pipeline to win new business from their dream clients.
He currently serves as VP, Business Development Director of Genuine Interactive (a part of Jack Morton and IPG) where he was recruited to build, implement, and lead the outbound sales program across the agency’s Boston, New York, and Chicago offices.
Previously, Christian was Vice President at Catapult New Business, the leading outsourced outbound sales firm for agencies. He led new business strategy for 60+ agencies and coached/trained a team of business development directors that grew 140% during his tenure.
Before Catapult, Christian founded and ran Global Adrenaline, an event marketing and production agency that he started in high school. The agency serviced a robust list of companies, including Allstate, Anheuser-Busch, Disney, and Toyota.
Christian practices a healthy lifestyle with a focus on mind, body, and spirit. He is a graduate of DePaul University and lives in Chicago. He enjoys sharing amazing life experiences with his beautiful daughter Bianca, including embarking on a quest to see a Chicago Cubs game in every MLB ballpark in baseball.
