What does starting a new chapter in your life or business mean?

By: Christian Banach

What does starting a new chapter in your life or business mean?

My company is about to turn two years old.

We’ve grown.

We’ve evolved.

And we’ve recently made a key new hire.

It feels like a turning point moment.

But does “starting a new chapter” require a significant event?

Graduating.

Marriage.

Moving.

Kids.

Retiring.

It doesn’t.

We can “start a new chapter” whenever we want.

However…

You must be willing to let something go.

You must be willing to step in a new direction.

Starting a new chapter is something you create in your mind.

You can’t start your next chapter if you keep re-reading your last.
