Why is it as we get older, many of us stop dreaming big?
Our goals become smaller.
We accept where we’re at and what we got.
I am not suggesting that we shouldn’t be grateful.
But why do we settle?
We gain more experience, resources, and knowledge as we age.
Shouldn’t this give us the confidence to dream even bigger, not smaller?
Over the last few weeks, I’ve set two big new goals.
1. Help non-profits raise $10,000,000
2. Become a certified mindfulness meditation teacher
To help raise $10MM, my company launched an “adopt a non-profit” program.
Every year, we’ll provide consulting services pro bono to non-profits.
Our team will teach them our exact process to land 6- and 7-figure opportunities.
How many non-profits and years will it take to reach the goal?
Not sure yet.
To become a meditation teacher, I enrolled in a renowned program.
I must first complete a multi-week mindfulness course and a 7-day retreat.
After completion, I’ll begin a 2-year journey to become certified.
How will I balance this with business ownership and raising my daughter?
Not sure yet.
Despite the challenges, both big dreams have re-energized me.
Where do both ultimately take me?
Not sure yet.
But it’s the possibility of having a dream come true that makes life interesting.
