Matthew Stafford was a loser

By: Christian Banach

Matthew Stafford was a loser. ? ?

Harsh?

Well, statistically, as quarterback for the Detroit Lions, his record was just 74-90-1 in 12 seasons.

But before the 2021-2022 season, he was traded to the LA Rams. ?

The change of scenery reinvigorated Stafford.

He led the Rams to a 1st place finish in the regular season. ?

In the playoffs, Stafford and the Rams beat the Cardinals, Bucs, and 49ers.

That got them to Super Bowl LVI. ?

There, with under 2 minutes left, Stafford threw the gaming-winning touchdown.

Stafford was now a champion! ?

But why now?

We often view ourselves as physically separate from our surrounding environment.

But our environment plays a much more significant role on us than most recognize. ?

Chameleons change their colors to adapt to their environment. ?

We change too.

But our adaptations aren’t as noticeable as a chameleon’s color.

Are you ever stressed, in a rut, or feeling uninspired? ?

A change of environment may help.

Break the routine.

Get into nature. ?

Go for a walk.

Work in a new room or space.

Book a vacation. ✈️

Even these tiny novel experiences can make a difference.

Stafford turned things around. ?

You can too.

Sometimes all you need is a change of scenery. ?

Sometimes All You Need Is A Change Of Scenery
